Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Domestic Shipping – United States

We currently ship within the USA.
Shipping rates:

  • Free Shipping (Tracked) – Orders $100.00 and up
  • Standard Shipping (Tracked) – $5.99 for orders below $100.00

Estimated Delivery Time

  • 4–8 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability.

Possible Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • High-volume seasons (holidays, promotional periods)
  • Carrier delays or route disruptions
  • Extended customs inspections for international shipments

  • Fulfillment center backlog (common in dropshipping logistics)

If your order is experiencing a delay, tracking updates may take additional time to appear.

Every shipment includes a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

Any applicable customs fees, VAT, or import taxes are determined by your local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Velva Roll is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
